Pomegranate-

Papaya-

Papaya can be eaten raw as fruit or can be eaten as a vegetable. Papaya is loaded with vitamin A, C, iron, phosphorous, calcium, potassium, etc. Papayas are very good for indigestion, skin care, joint pain, flu’s, cardiovascular diseases, etc. Papayas are full of essential minerals and vitamins needed for the body to function properly. Tomatoes-

Tomatoes are filled with vitamin A and K, which help to keep your blood pressure under control. Tomato soups are very effective for controlling weight and help to battle hunger. Tomatoes contain lycopene, which helps to prevent cancer.

Asafoetida-

Asafoetida or commonly known as ‘heeng’ in India, is an antiseptic, blood purifier, painkiller and an expectorant. Asafoetida is added to all Indian dishes; hence, it forms an important part of the Indian diet. Asafoetida is a medicinal herb and has many benefits. It is useful for curing indigestion, constipation, stomach ache, cold, cough, weak heart, blood pressure, dysentery, etc.

Coriander-

Coriander or dhania is more than just a flavoring agent or a decorative agent for your food. Coriander is very effective for asthma, sneezing, loss of appetite, insomnia, menstrual disorders, headache, etc. So the next time you top your dish with a few leaves of coriander, remember to add some more of it.
